Mr. Gubin analyzes clients' testamentary needs, and recommends the appropriate vehicle to meet them, including wills, trusts, living trusts, powers of attorney, medical directives, and medical powers of attorney. Decisions as to the proper testamentary documents needed should not be delayed, particularly when the elderly are involved. One's options narrow as time, illness and mental capacity take their toll. Sometimes procrastination is permanent.
