Mr. Gubin has negotiated and drafted agreements involving building leases, trademark and copyright licensing, joint marketing and licensing ventures, and direct-mail advertising campaigns. He has negotiated and drafted complex business contracts and defended against contract claims and lawsuits. He is happy to be an active advisor in decision making at the earliest stage, when legal considerations can easily be factored into business plans. His primary focus is on finding legal and ethical ways that allow business to pursue its needs.
